Why?

Lots of planning goes into our work together. The moment you commit to a program, I literally begin brainstorming how I can best help you accomplish your goals. It's my #1 goal to customize a program to you and your needs. That means I make investments of my time and money. If you're signing up for a group coaching program, other people are counting on you being present too. You're also holding a spot that someone else would have been able to take. Finding a replacement for your seat may not be possible.

Fear is also a huge barrier to making changes in our lives. Typically, investing in coaching is, well, an investment, and that can mean it's more money than you're used to spending on yourself in a day, week, month, or even year. I get it, it can be scary, but sometimes we gotta invest in ourselves to really make the change we want. Your financial investment is a big part of your accountability.

I encourage you to make a thoughtful, well-researched decision about whether to purchase a program with me and any of my partners.

Email me your questions: Liz@LizTraines.com. I'm happy to talk you through your concerns.

Trust your instinct to help you make this commitment, and connect with a place of abundance, money is not a finite resource. Ask yourself if this program something you truly need? Does it truly speak to you? Do you feel like I understand you and your needs and can help you get to where you want to go next?

I hope so! I want you to feel as excited to work with me and I am excited to work with you! Amazing results happen in that magic.
