This webinar is adapted from a workshop I hosted for the BMW Corporate women’s group in Chicago. We had an amazing conversation, full of learnings & insights that I had to bring to you! You can expect to leave with:

  • Awareness on why you don’t speak up & why it’s so important you start

  • Practical tips you can apply to your workday, immediately, to start to use your voice & change your future for the better

  • An understanding of why people may not hear/listen to what you’re saying, how to identify when gender bias is a factor & how to change it

  • Techniques and recommendations to build more equality in your office, because a lot of the time, you’re not the problem
