Hi friend!

As you may know, I’m a holistic health coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My goal as a coach is to help you reach your health goals by creating or restoring strength and balance in the key areas of your life (your nutrition, relationships, career, exercise routine, and your connection to your goals and dreams)!

I created this program because I strongly believe nourishing food is the foundation to building the very best version of you. Unlocking the door to your personal version of a sustainable, healthy eating plan is empowering and will pay dividends across your entire life. Here's my story:

I used to eat dairy and lean animal proteins like it was my job. I thought low carb was the way to go, but it left me with crazy cravings, tight clothes, and honestly an unhealthy obsession with “healthy eating.” This program made me more mindful of what I was putting in my body and ultimately led me on a path to reduce (not eliminate) the amount of dairy and meat in my diet, and increase my whole fruit, vegetable, whole grains and healthy fat intake. I’m not only two clothing sizes smaller, but also have learned to sustain a healthy weight and eliminate almost all sugar cravings (I used to have these multiple times a day).

My new way of eating has also added energy to my days, along with clarity and confidence in the decisions I make. I no longer dwell on my body image and what I will eat everyday to stay under my 1300 calorie goal on MyFitness Pal. I eat to nourish my body and I follow an 80:20 approach to my lifestyle (i.e. I eat cupcakes and don’t feel bad about it). This process is liberating! And I want you to experience this liberation because thoughts about food eat up so much of our energy. Imagine what we could do with all that energy? We could change the world! Literally!
