Program Type: One-on-One Coaching w/Liz Traines
Duration: 3 months/6 months (depending on goals)

This program is designed for people who:

  • Are motivated in career and life but struggle to lose weight
  • Have an interest in self-improvement
  • Are aware that stress may be hindering their ability to live the fulfilling life they desire
  • Know that their constant communication via phone/email/Skype/Facebook/Twitter/etc… lifestyle is unsustainable
  • Feel there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get it all done (gym and grocery shopping fall to the bottom of the priority list)
  • Are tired, drained and looking to (re)awaken that lust for life

Each month we will integrate sustainable changes into your life that drive improvements in energy, mindfulness, stress levels, digestion and weight loss – see “My Approach and Training” for methodology. We develop a nutrition, exercise and self-care routine that works for you and your desired lifestyle through:

  •  2 - 45 minute face to face or virtual (Skype) sessions
  • 2 - email check-ins
  • Goal setting/planning/educating how to meet those goals
  • Meeting summary and motivational emails, articles, worksheets for self-reflection
